Group Registration Guide – JugendFEIER | HVD Nordbrandenburg

With a group booking, multiple participants can register together — for example as a class or a group of friends.

In the portal: You can check the current status of your group under “My bookings”.

Benefits of a group booking

  • A shared event date
  • Sitting together in the venue (depending on local conditions)
  • A shared acknowledgment

Step by step

  1. Choose a region: Select Barnim or Oberhavel and consider alternatives.
  2. Create a group: Start a group booking in the portal and enter contact details, a password and the number of seats.
  3. Complete registration: Confirm your account via the link in the email.
  4. Share the group link: Send the link to other parents so they can register bindingly.
  5. Register your own child: Complete the registration in the portal and check the status under “My bookings”.

Validity of the reservation

Important Group reservations are valid for a limited time. Unused seats may be released automatically afterwards. Check the current status in the portal.

If the preferred date is fully booked

If a date is fully booked, the waiting list can be an additional option: Waiting list. In many cases, booking an alternative date helps secure participation sooner.
