Group Registration Guide – JugendFEIER | HVD Nordbrandenburg

Often, several young people want to celebrate together – for example, as a class or with friends. A shared group reservation guarantees:

• A shared celebration date
• Seats next to each other in the hall
• A joint recognition on stage

One responsible person should coordinate the date and submit the group reservation – directly via the JugendFEIER portal.

Your JugendFEIER Team

Step 1: CHOOSE A VENUE & RESERVE GROUP SEATS

Decide together on your preferred celebration venue – and consider possible alternatives. As soon as the registration period begins, you can reserve your group online in the JugendFEIER portal.

To do this, select the relevant year and desired location at nordbrandenburg.jugendfeier.org.

Then click on “Group reservation” and enter your contact details, a password, the number of participants, and optionally the school and class. This reservation is non-binding at first.

Immediately after submitting your reservation, you will receive your group link. This can be used right away to forward to other parents.

Step 2: COMPLETE REGISTRATION

You will also receive a confirmation email with a link to complete your portal registration.

A window will open where you can set your own password and add any further information. Once you click “Save”, your account is active.

You will receive immediate confirmation both in the portal and via email.

Step 3: SHARE GROUP LINK & REGISTER PARTICIPANTS

Please forward your group link to the other parents – e.g., via WhatsApp or email – so they can convert the reserved spots into binding registrations.

Please note: The reservation is only valid for 14 days. After that, unused seats will be released.

If some parents cannot register online, please still reserve all seats and contact us by phone. We will send you alternative registration forms.

Step 4: REGISTER YOUR OWN CHILD

Would you like to register your own child for JugendFEIER? Then log into your account at nordbrandenburg.jugendfeier.org.

There, you can complete the binding registration in your personal area.

In your account, you can always see the current status of registrations for your group – so you can send reminders if necessary.

WAITING LIST

If a celebration date is already fully booked, you can place your child on the waiting list via the portal.

• Placement on the waiting list is automatic in the order of registration.
• As soon as seats become available, families move up immediately and will receive an email notification.
• If an entire group joins the waiting list together, we will try to move the group up as a whole – however, this depends on seat availability.

Please note: being on the waiting list is not a guarantee for participation on the desired date. We therefore recommend also considering an alternative celebration venue.
