If a date is fully booked, you can join the waiting list. This page explains how the process works — and what you need to do when places become available.

Waiting list — quick overview

Important The waiting list is a non-binding pre-registration — it is not an automatic participation. When places become available, the next people on the waiting list are notified (sometimes multiple entries at once). A place is only secured by actively completing the booking in the portal.
  • You can join the waiting list when a date is fully booked (or has insufficient seats available).
  • When places open up, you receive an email notification.
  • The place is only secured once you finish the booking in the portal.

How to join

  1. Select the desired date in the portal.
  2. If it is fully booked, choose the waiting list option during the booking flow.
  3. Submit the waiting list entry. You will receive an email confirmation.

What happens when places become available?

1) Notification
When places become available, the next people on the waiting list are notified by email.
2) Actively book
The email contains the information/link to book. The place is only reserved once you complete the booking in the portal.
3) Check your status
Your current status and details are shown under “My bookings”.

Tips

Recommendation If participation is important, consider booking a safe alternative date in parallel (possibly at another location). This secures a place, while the waiting list still keeps a chance for your preferred date.
  • Make sure your email address in the portal is correct.
  • If you receive a notification: please check the portal soon and complete the booking if possible.

Is the waiting list a confirmed booking?
No. It is a non-binding pre-registration. It only becomes binding once you actively complete the booking after receiving a notification.
Why are multiple people sometimes notified at the same time?
When places open up, multiple waiting list entries may be notified. The place is secured by whoever completes the booking in the portal.
