Waitlist for JugendFEIER 2027
Some preferred dates are fully booked. This page explains how the waitlist works and what you should do right now to improve your chances of getting seats.
- Waitlist ≠ booking: It is a non-binding reservation with no seat guarantee.
- Parent representatives: Please add entire classes/groups (individual entries are possible, focus is on groups).
- Automatic updates: When seats become available, the next waitlist position receives an email with a booking link.
- Additional outreach: We also contact you manually with suitable alternative dates (other times/venues).
- Strong recommendation: Also make a binding booking for an alternative date—possibly at another venue. Only a booking guarantees seats.
How to join the waitlist
- Start: Go to nordbrandenburg.jugendfeier.org and choose your venue.
- Check dates: On the venue page you see all dates with live availability.
- Select date: Pick a date that offers only waitlist or shows fewer free seats than you need. You can choose the waitlist during the process.
- Choose type: Select Group (recommended for classes) or Individual. For groups, enter the number of seats.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your waitlist entry.
What happens next?
Automatic seat offer
- When a seat becomes available, the next position receives an email with a booking link.
- With one click you can book bindingly (seat guaranteed) or remove your waitlist entry.
Manual support
- We also reach out with alternative dates (e.g. different time/venue) when suitable.
- Keeping classes together: We try to seat entire classes together where possible.
Tip: Provide several viable alternatives to increase your chances.
Our clear recommendation: Make a binding booking for an alternative date in parallel—also at another venue if needed. A booking guarantees seats; the waitlist increases your chance for the preferred date.
